(1) When submitting an application according to section 7, a prescribed fee will be charged.
(2) Health workers and health institutions registered in accordance with section 7 shall submit to the committee the prescribed fees every year. But according to sub-section (3) of section 4, when a non-governmental health organization requests permanent protection, an additional fee will be charged as specified.
